Pocket Director is a platform that specializes in the rental of film locations, publishing casting calls for audiovisual projects, and connecting users with professionals of the creative industry.

To create an account, go to the homepage, click on the “join the team” button, fill out the required information, and follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

After creating an account, you’ll automatically be given the option to set up your crew member profile. If you initially declined and later decide to create a profile, simply go to your  settings tab. There, you’ll find a “create” button that will guide you through setting up your profile.

Film Location Rentals

After creating an account, navigate to your profile dashboard and switch to your business dashboard. There, you will find an option labeled “Add Location.” Click on it to provide detailed information about your property, upload photos, and set your rental rates and availability.

Browse available locations through our website, select a location that meets your needs, check its availability, and complete the booking process by making a payment through our secure payment gateway.

Casting Calls and Project Listings

Go to the business dashboard on your profile and select the “Add a Casting Call” option. Fill out the required details about your project and the roles or services needed, then publish your listing.

Browse casting calls on our website, select the one you’re interested in, click the “Apply Job” button, and submit your profile, portfolio, and any other required information as specified in the listing.

Professional Services

Search for professionals in your required category (e.g., photographers, editors, sound engineers, talent) through our crew member listings. View their profiles and portfolios to see if they match your project’s needs. If they do, send a request “booking service” through their crew member card to hire them.

Payments and Fees

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as specified during the payment process.

Yes, we charge a service fee for each transaction, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete a booking or hire a professional.

Account and Security

Log in to your account, go to your profile on the up right section, and update your information as needed.

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Yes, you can delete your account by contacting our support team. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
